WHAT ARE SOME USES OF HARMONY BOARDS?

CLEANING & CLEARING CRYSTALS An often asked question is ‚"How long do I leave a crystal on the HARMONY BOARD? ‚Or "How long do you sit / stand on it.?‚" Crystals ‚"clean‚"almost immediately.... people, on the other hand, depending on how chronic the condition is, may take minutes, hours, days, weeks etc... for complete clearing. If you find yourself getting tired while your picture is on the board, take it off for a short time and then put it on again. It seems that as the body is being cleaned/cleared it needs a little time to adjust to the releasing of the unfavorable energy from the body.

PROTECTION Set a regular HARMONY BOARD on a level surface and place a large, single pointed crystal directly in its center standing upright. Any type of quartz is okay. Brazilian quartz seems to work best. If you use a crystal cluster, it will tend to soften the protective energy you are creating. In each corner of the HARMONY BOARD place a favorite crystal with its tip facing inwards towards the center of the board.

THE PHANTOM ZONE or GHOST CATCHER I borrowed the name PHANTOM ZONE from the old Superman comics for a reason. You can create a place to dispose of lower, undesirable entities, discarnante entities, demons, negative beings etc... in other words, a PHANTOM ZONE, of sorts. Place a crystal in each corner of a regular HARMONY BOARD facing toward the center. Do not place any crystal in the center. In the center place a piece of hair or a Polaroid photo of your subject. Place this setup aside so that it will not be disturbed. Depending how serious the condition, you may have to leave it ‚"running" for some time. You will know when to stop.
